The Macdonald name has been synonymous with furniture, mattresses, and appliances in the Georgian Triangle for 70 years. Tom’s grandfather founded the original Macdonald’s store in Meaford in 1953. Tom spent nearly two decades working in and around the family business, learning everything there was to know. In 2021 , Tom opened his own showroom in Thornbury under the banner Tom the Dreamer.

Tom The Dreamer is located at 21 Arthur St. West (Hwy. 26) in Thornbury. The showroom is open Monday to Saturday and seven days a week by appointment. Drop by and meet Tom next time you’re in the area.
