Hi, I’m Brayden Willmott, a student at the University of Guelph and the owner of Collingwood Student Painters. Growing up in Collingwood, I have always taken a lot of pride in this community. From time spent at Blue Mountain and eventually representing Canada on the national ski team, to working locally and building relationships throughout town, this place has played a huge role in shaping who I am. Running Collingwood Student Painters allows me to give back to the same community that helped raise me.

Our business is part of the Student Works Management Program, a long running program that gives students the opportunity to build and operate their own businesses while gaining real world experience in leadership, sales, and project management. Each year, students like myself take on the challenge of running a professional painting company from start to finish. What makes this program special is the impact it creates locally. Not only are we helping homeowners maintain and improve their properties, we are also creating meaningful employment opportunities for students in the Collingwood area. Our painters and marketers gain valuable experience in teamwork, communication, responsibility, and leadership that helps set them up for success in their future careers.

Our team focuses on delivering professional quality work with a strong emphasis on preparation, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in every project we complete and aim to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and positive for every homeowner we work with.
